1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GreatFlutter website, marketplace, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

GreatFlutter is a product owned and operated by Fluwid Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use the Platform. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. The Platform and content

GreatFlutter provides a curated directory of Flutter packages, widgets, templates, and app showcases, as well as related content, guides, and community features.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

4. User submissions

Users may submit content such as apps, widgets, packages, templates, code snippets, text, and media ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content and to grant the licenses described in these Terms.
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Your content is not unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or refuse any User Content at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, layout, trademarks, logos, branding, and original content (excluding User Content), is owned or licensed by Fluwid Technologies LLP and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content, except as explicitly allowed by these Terms or by written permission from us.

6. Use of packages, widgets, and templates

GreatFlutter lists and showcases third-party packages, widgets, and templates sourced from various locations (including pub.dev, GitHub, and community submissions), as well as templates made or curated by us.

It is your responsibility to review licenses, documentation, and compatibility before using any package, widget, or template in your projects. We do not guarantee that any listed resource is bug-free, secure, or suitable for your specific use case.

When you purchase or download templates via the Platform, your use of those templates may be subject to additional license terms displayed on the template's page or accompanying files.

7. Flutter development services & timelines

In addition to the Platform, Fluwid Technologies LLP may offer custom Flutter development services, such as building or maintaining Flutter applications.

From time to time, we may make marketing claims such as the ability to build custom Flutter apps within a certain timeframe (for example, within four weeks).

These statements are high-level estimates only and are always subject to the specific product requirements, complexity, integrations, client responsiveness, and other external factors. They are not guaranteed delivery dates or performance commitments by themselves.

Any actual Flutter development engagement, including timelines, deliverables, and pricing, will be governed exclusively by separate written agreements, proposals, or statements of work between you and Fluwid Technologies LLP. In the event of any conflict between such agreements and these Terms, the specific written agreement will prevail for that engagement.

8. Payments, refunds, and fees

We may offer premium templates, assets, or features for a fee. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and any applicable fees.

Pricing, availability, and features of paid offerings are subject to change. Refunds, if any, will be granted at our sole discretion and in accordance with any refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

9. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to circumvent security, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive behavior, including manipulating upvotes or ratings.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform except as allowed by our API (if any) and in accordance with our policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee that any particular package, widget, or template will meet your requirements or be safe for production use without further review and testing by you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluwid Technologies LLP and its partners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any content or conduct of any third party on or related to the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims relating to the Platform exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fluwid Technologies LLP and its partners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that may harm the Platform, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms, by their nature, will survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India (or another appropriate jurisdiction where Fluwid Technologies LLP is registered or operates). You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
